Chia See Yan
Mr. Chia is responsible for the financial, accounting, and administrative functions of our Group. He joined the Group in 1st September 2005 as Financial Controller of MFSS. He was promoted to Finance Director in 1st August 2008 and succeeded Mr. Peter Tan as Chief Financial Officer in 22nd March 2010. He is a member of ICPAS.
Chng Say Tiong
Mr. Chng Say Tiong was appointed as our Chief Operating Officer on 18th February 2011. He started his career as a process engineer in May 1986 with Motorola Printed Circuits Board factory in Singapore. During the 12 years in Motorola, Mr. Chng has experience working in various different functions in Process Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance. In August 1998, Chng worked for Wus Printed Circuits, a Taiwanese Printed Circuits Board company as Vice President of Operations reporting to the Managing Director. Mr. Chng joined MFSS in November 2001 as Operations Manager for flex manufacturing responsible for equipment/facility maintenance, process engineering and manufacturing. In 2004, Mr. Chng was promoted to Plant Manager responsible for the Flexible Printed Circuits Operations in MFSS covering operations including materials purchase and materials planning. Mr. Chng also underwent job rotation in 2007 as Quality Assurance Director. He was promoted to General Manager for MFSS in October 2009 and as Group General Manger as at 16th August 2010. Mr. Chng holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
Chin Chee Zen
Mr. Chin has over 20 years of successful career in the multinational technology companies with a variety of management positions in Manufacturing, Product Development, Business Development and Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining MFS, he served as the VP of Sales & Marketing in Heptagon, a pioneer and world leader in advanced micro optics design and proven high-volume manufacturing. Before that, Mr. Chin spent 21 years with Hewlett-Packard/Agilent/Avago where he was the Director of Global Sales & Operations. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Manitoba in Canada and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
Chia Tien Siang
Mr. Chia has 14 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry. After graduation in 1996, he began his career as a chemical process engineer with MFSS. He moved on to a substrate manufacturer in 2000 and subsequently assumed managerial positions in Engineering and R&D. He rejoined the Group in 2002 as a manufacturing section manager taking responsibilities in the areas of engineering and production. He was promoted to department manager in 2004 to lead the Group’s engineering team. He then continued to head the R&D department and successfully developed the embedded actives technology with his team. As a New Product Development Director, he is currently responsible for the front-end engineering functions involving project review to mass production transfer of the FPC group. In addition, he holds responsibilities for the Group technology development through his R&D team. He holds a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology and a Master in Project Management from the University of Adelaide.
Ji Jian Cheng
Mr. Ji Jiang Cheng has over 18 years of experience in PCB manufacturing. Prior to joining the company in 1993, he worked in United Circuit Co., Ltd of Changsha as an Engineering Manager for 5 years. He was appointed as Sales & Marketing Manager of the company in 1998 and was appointed as Marketing Director in 2008. He was appointed as General Manager of MFSP on 9 September 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Chemistry from the University of Xiangtan, PRC.
Chen Chee Ming
Mr Chen is currently the General Manager for HMFS. He has over 23 years experience in fast moving electronic manufacturing environment. Prior to joining MFS in May 2000, he was the Production Manager for KESM Industry, a member of Sunright Group. He also has more than 10 years of working experience in the field of liquid crystal display, LCD & LCM operation gained from working with Vikay Technology from 1988 to 1999.
