BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree with minimum 8 years related experience.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven with supervisory/leadership experience.
- Ability to travel is a pre-requisite.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To fulfill customer order requirements.
- To devise, develop and implement procedures to maintain order book.
- To enforce systems for timely closure of order book issues with customers.
- To conduct capacity planning with materials group to meet sales goals
- To support Business Units with seamless transition of sample order into mass production
- To report and analyze Order Book
- To maintain quality Customer Service support of the Company.
